The light weight roof shingle is manufactured from a combination of Portland cement, silica and organic fibres. This provides a more economical alternative regarding the less expensive roof structure required by Everite Nutec Roofs. A variety of textures and colours are available. Roof Slates are factory coated with a specially developed paint system.
Nutec Roof Slates carry the SABS mark under specification SANS 803.
Everite Nutec Roof Slates and products do not contain any Asbestos. Asbestos is banned to be used in building materials for health and safety reasons.
